whiskies of the world yesterday. omg, it's full of booze! so many tasty spirits, so drunk by the end of it. wandering around union square afterwards is something of a blur.
memorable tastes were germain robin, of course! charbay's whiskies made from distilled pilsner and IPA. compass box orangerie, an awesome whisky orange infusion. catdaddy spiced moonshine, surprisingly good. a side-by-side of moscat and cabernet sauvignon grappas, and a side-by-side of dalwhinnie's 12yr single wood and double wood. unfortunately, the whiskies tend to blur together a bit for me. lillian and i were rocking the sweeter, mellower single malts for the most part, which suited me just fine.
today...feelin' fine. caffeine withdrawal still sucks.
