james has decided to look for a place closer to his work and other friends over near the brunswick area, and will be moving out sometime in about a month. the hunt is back on for a new music-loving, night-owl housemate, should be available around mid/late feb.

share with trev and loz (and pet cat nemo)
$85/week, no lease, $400 bond.
room is medium sized unfurnished bedroom with front window
house fully furnished, washer/dryer
2 bathrooms, high ceilings, backyard, great front porch, on-street parking
wireless adsl internet + landline phone.
no-TV policy in loungeroom
close to church/victoria sts & bridge rd, restaurants, 24-hour Coles.
