After an emo post, I think I need some happy, especially now that I'm feeling a little better. I've done this meme already, but since I have new friends, I get to tell you all new quirks about myself! <3 Tagged by yuumei_nata

1. I'm terrible at studying. People tell me when I say, "I need to learn how to study...", "You were probably born studying! D:" It kind of irritates me because hello, I've always just been good at remembering through a minimal amount of practice for math and science, and vague bits of information for history and English, which I could easily make work for me on tests in elementary and junior high. I only learned how to study for math just three weeks ago. Being a smart kid with an okay memory for school kind of screwed me over in the end. D:
2. I eat a lot. And by a lot, I mean, a lot. As a result, I weigh more than I probably should, but for someone my height and weight, my body fat percentage is always pretty low and I should probably be a few inches and pant sizes larger. But I'm not for some reason, which I've got to thank my body for. I do need to lose weight through, just for my future health.
3. I feel really pale sometimes. I'm actually kind of tan, and god knows I will never be Japanese-actress-pale, but lately I've just gotten really colorless. I'm paler than my mother sometimes, who has always been the pale one in our family. It doesn't make sense because my dad has darker skin, and I used to be tan. Even the 0-2.5 Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse concealer, which used to be a little bit lighter than I needed, has gotten to be too dark. D: I think the worst part is that I kind of like being pale. I don't clash with colors as much. /D;;
4. I LIKE TO BAKE. This isn't really something no one knows, but I just like baking, especially cupcakes. Cookies not so much because they never come out as round as I like, and melon pan tends to get messy and takes a long time, so cupcakes and cakes are up on the list of favorites. I'm terrible at decorating with frosting though, unless it's like, "swiiiiiirl, SPRINKLES :D :D :D" or something. Cooking I like, but not as much because I hate hot stoves. D:
5. I am one in four adults that will never need braces. :DDD /shot My dentist told me that since my overbite is functioning and my teeth actually fixed themselves as I grew up, I don't need braces unless I want to fix my front teeth, which stick out just a little. But hey, whose don't? I think it's okay, plus if I get braces, I won't be able to bring my molars together because they're short. D: i can't think of anything, can you tell?
6. When I'm on the phone, I wander around in circles through the kitchen, into the family room, past the basement door, into the living room, back into the kitchen, and around and around and around I go. It's hard for me to stay still, and I wander around like this when I have a few minutes to kill before the bus comes. It's weird.
7. I have Yamapi hair. DD: Since I decided to try growing it out again, I haven't cut it and it's currently about the length of Pi's Byakkotai-era hair, and that style but thicker. I don't really like it, so I tend to keep it back with just my bangs and some wisps of hair at the sides out or clipped up like that. Oh, and my hair flips out naturally at the ends. I can never have a bob, firstly because I wouldn't look good with one, and secondly because my hair would be like, "AHAHA let's flip out so she has a nightmare styling it and then not cooperate! :DDD" No straight Asian hairstyles for me, I guess.

Oh, and Ryo? What are you hiding in there, seriously?
Watching American Idol makes me want to sing. And try out, just to see how far I'd actually get. But I don't think I ever will. My dreams of being a singer have long since faded, and my voice is still kind of iffy from the cold. D:
