Two rooms available! One mile from campus! You'll live with awesome people!
I'm moving out but you could move in. The house is on Bay Rd. towards Belchertown, about a mile from campus. It is a large post and beam farmhouse with woodstoves and skylights. There are trails to the Holyoke Range directly behind the house. Housemates are green friendly, enjoy board games, and like to hike and track animals.
The folks who are staying are looking for someone who would be willing to sign a lease and stay for a year. Ideally you would want to move in May 1st.
If you know someone with whom you'd like to share a room rent would be cheaper! 5 people in the house makes rent $360/month, six people makes it $300. Utilities aren't included in the rent but usually they cost about $60 a month. House, as of now, has wireless internet.
