Day In Day Out ...?
So today at my job I made a fascinating discovery about tilapia being a major bottom feeding fish. Now does this convince me to stop eating tilapia all together and not support my local eateries that serve it? Hell no! In fact this only solidifies my theory that tilapia is the most brutal fish ever! Consider this mostly a heads up for all you foodies who like to know exactly what you're eating at all times. But as for me- I'm eating tilapia right now and I'm looooving every second of it! In other news; my father is performing at the local chicks n' salsa with the restaurant manager and "Marcus" my pseudo Norwegian father.
Rammstein was FUCKING AMAZING last night. DJ Joe Letz (Drummer of Combichrist) opened the show with some high octane remixed tunes of well known Rammstein tunes. The band then entered the stage wearing corpse paint, pirate outfits (except for the keyboardist Christian Lorenz who was wearing his traditional disco ball suit) they walked on a platform that went over the entire crowd from one end of the arena to the other. Fireworks and pyrotechnics were had. Constantly shifting and changing stage pieces with every single song. S&M costumes and the drummer Christoph Schneider cross dressing and lashing the band members with a horse crop. They played a TON of their older material in order to promote their "best of..." compilation that came out recently. This decision sparked up a large positive response from the audience. I would honestly say that this was probably my favorite concert of the year with TOOL sitting closely behind. sssage and I had a really good time together and were very happy that their entire performance was completely different than the show they put on last year! Thumbs up for a top notch quality concert! LANG LEBE DEUTSCHLAND!
THE AVENGERS midnight showing was packed! I won't give away any spoilers to those who haven't seen it yet. But let's just say that I definitely got my Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Hemsworth fix to and through. Favorite quote had to be: "He's adopted..."
