Been awhile
It is 5:00 in the morning. I am kind of pulling an all nighter i guess. I had to finish a paper for an English summer course im taking. I had to write it on a H.G. Wells book called The Time Machine. Wierd book to have to get completely engaged with. He is a crazy guy. War of the worlds is FUCKIN scary. My dad had the old record of the old movie they made and my sister and would get nightmares from just the music. It is fuck up now to think that my dad used to laugh at how scared we would get to it. But i than i though if i had kids that stole my cd and had nightmares I would laugh too. Man it is nice to write shitty sentences like the one before this and not have to worry about it. I think i wrote a convincing essay though. It was an argument defending the overall goodness of mankind. Doesnt get harder than that.
Meyerbury are recroding 10+ songs at Space City. Thats where we recorded Playground. Hopefully we will have Fricke there. No dissin Mike, he knows his shit and all, but Fricke is the shit. We recorded a full band version of it at Stephens house the other night. Here is the link if you want a third version. haha that is pretty crazy now that i think of it. And the 4rth version should be coming in august. I wish i wrote a bunch of songs and not just one a month if i am lucky. Diego can just shit out fuckin two hundred amazing songs in a month. And so can his little brother.. Robbie is quite a shitter as well. ahha Matt prior from the get up kids writes a million songs. If you think about all of those beatles albums happened within a decade. And they are almost 100% on goodness. They are the best. I dont know why, but i am not tired.
I am gonna try and go to sleep so i will have some energy to watch the Mavs woop up on the Heat.
