DANTE
Trish's partner. While she was initially created to lure him to Mallet Island so the ruler of the Hell could destroy him in revenge for his father Sparda's rebellion thousands of years ago, Trish ended up defecting and siding with Dante and helping him send Mundus back to Hell. After a truly epic escape with him from an exploding island on a biplane, she promptly moved into the Devil May Cry agency and began working as Dante's sidekick. Annoying, cocky, lazy, perverted and irrepressible, Dante exasperates and amuses her in equal measure, but there's no one she trusts more and she would most certainly lay down her life for him. Again.
May or may not have had her dark soul filled with light by him. It's debatable.

LADY
Fellow devil hunter, this time a human, and a long time friend of Dante's. The two appear to be friendly but seem to have altercations on the subject of payment. Still, Trish appreciates her skill and is always happy to have an ass-kicking buddy.
...doesn't appreciate being short changed by her though.

NERO
Less an acquaintance of Trish's and more one of Gloria's, Nero is certainly an interesting one who Trish seems to be genuinely intrigued by. With his exact origins a mystery but apparent connection to Sparda's bloodline, as well as his formidable skills in battle, Trish is skeptical but ultimately views him as an ally. After all, if Dante thinks he's reliable then that's plaudits enough...
...right?

DARKNESS MUNDUS
The Prince of Darkness, Ruler of Hell, hated nemesis of the Dark Knight Sparda and the man responsible for the murder of Dante's beloved mother Eva. Trish's former master and creator, the two didn't exactly part on the best of terms after he killed her and she turned around and gave his arch-enemy's son a share of her power in order to defeat him. Currently stewing in Hell and mightily pissed off about his defeat at the hands of a filthy half-breed, Trish doesn't expect to hear from him for another few millennia or so.

ANGEL aka PEACHES
Angel and Spike's banter on Trish's first post to the network really tickled her funny bone, and she certainly appreciates a good sense of humour. Finding out that he's a vampire was certainly eye-opening and made Trish aware of the presence of other less wholesome humanoid creatures going out and about in the city. It's always nice to know that there are fellow hunters out and about.
She has to wonder what he's got against moose though...

POPE SPIKE THE CHAOS DEMON LOATHER
Another one for the welcome wagon, soon to be hunting and drinking buddy and fellow snarker. She feels there's a story in there somewhere, especially seeing as (from what she can tell) he had his undead heart trampled on when his ex left him to get involved with a slimy, demonic moose.
Still thinks that he and Angel make a lovely couple.

VANITAS / SPIKEY
Vanitas is Trish's favourite antisocial stray puppy. He's snappy, likely to bite her at any moment or try to rip her throat out, but she will always be happy to smack him on the nose with a rolled up newspaper. Or girly magazine.
The kid's cute and kind of wayward, but she figures there's more to him than just being your run of the mill teenage angstball with an anger management problem.
Plus winding him up is just so entertaining.
