I've... noticed that some have acquired bending skills. I don't know what this place is up to, but as long as I'm here, I won't let anyone hurt another because they can't control their bending.

At least they're probably not likely to hurt anybody. But yeah, Twinkletoes would have been thrilled. He'd have been climbing walls.
