Hyderabad didnt need terrorism....no city does. There is already enough chaos in the world.
The hard fact is that you cannot fight terrorism and win. Terrorism is like cancer - it just keeps spreading - and you cannot fight it all. Though a very difficult proposition, the cause for terrorism has to be eliminated at the roots - by creating opportunities for every (or most) human being, including the terrorists, to lead a reasonable and a purposeful life. This concept of "a resonable life for all" is an out and out abstract dream as of now. Till such time the concept comes anywhere close to becoming a reality, terrorism cannot be stopped - it just has to be borne by the innocent.
No amount of anti-ammunition policies, bombing of terrorist harbouring nations, OFAC sanctions, wars against terrorism can put an end to destruction that man can bring about. Yes, these restrictive actions do definitely limit the damage, but cannot eliminate it. Man 'will' find ways to destroy if he needs to - afterall, most of the things that you see around are created by him. And its so much more easier to destroy than to create.
