YGO5DX: (Love) Bonds Beyond Time!
Hearing Yusei speak in keigo totally made my day. xDD If I recall correctly, the only other time he ever used it in the series was when he infiltrated that shady company in that awful orange outfit (Mr. Daniel, pfft).
Other highlights:
1) Yubel terrorizing the populace.
2) Pegasus's Japanese voice
3) Yugi getting dumped on his ass by the Crimson Dragon and Yusei apologizing profusely.
4) Yusei and Judai on the Yusei Go. Judai saying stuff like "Look, Yusei! Here is the product of a perfect union of our (bodies)powers!"
isoooshipitnow ... I'm 86.92% sure that they didn't mean for it to come (out)off this way.
5) Judai being awesome dodging laser beams. And also how outraged when his dear Johan's card was being used by Paradox. I find it telling how he didn't comment on CyberEnd.
6) I can't help but stare whenever I see Paradox's spiky-nipple things. How did a survivor of the desolate future get such an outrageous outfit? (Z-One probably had a field day designing it)
I wonder whose Red-Eyes was stolen, Jounouchi's or Fubuki's?
Now onto Zexal:
Strangely enough, I'm less inclined to blog about the recent episodes because I actually enjoyed them. It's more satisfying to poke fun at them if they're bad.
Zexal 8: Loved the Astral/Yuuma tv drama bonding at the end of the episode. I love them so much better when they're getting along; Yuuma screaming at Astral to leave him alone makes me sad. Fuuya's adorable; I hope he cameos again.
Zexal 9: Yuma in ridiculously bizzare outfits! (Speaking of which, I found this AMAZING fanart of Yami "pulling it off") Lip-licker Cat-chan! I have really mixed feelings about her. On one hand, her infatuation with Yuuma is hilarious, but on the other, I find it really disturbing how she sneaks into his room at night and does all manner of creepy things to him when he's asleep.
Zexal 10: Shark! Would be cool if he didn't use a FISH deck! I'm heavily biased. Though I do think he's cooler than Manjoume Sanda.
