ok. so today went well. I water-fasted, and worked a lot at the house - gardening, buliding, etc. very tired - many calories burned. at least now I don't feel bloated. tomorrow I'm going to start the 500 cals a day plan. I want to be 100 by September.

tomorrow: I'm having no breakfast but am having a dinner of miso soup and pickled and steamed vegetables, maybe some sashimi. UNDER 500! I have to stick to it becuase I'll be updating here every day and I can't give up and disappoint myself or the people I'm doing this with. so I'll update again tomorrow about what I had, what excercise I did, etc. we have to keep each other on track.

I refuse to be fat any longer. if I get really hungry, I have to remember the light feeling I used to have when I was thinner. the feeling of freedom when you look at a glass store window and your butt doesn't stick out like a monstrous case of elephantitis. your butt is flat. you are flat. nobody can challenge your weight. people refer to you as the thin one, and any shortcomings you have are just side-notes; they don't amount to one big failure, the way they do if you are fat.

today's tips:
1) a can of beef broth has only 20 calories and fills you up!
2) garden and household duties burn a lot of calories. if you have no time or energy to go all-out and excercise, vacumm the house or weed the garden and if you do it properly, I guarantee you'll burn tons of cals.
3)the best thing to do to resist cravings is to immediately leave the kitchen and take a long bath or hot shower. by the time you're done exfoliating and moisturising, you'll have thought better of it.
