ok. so I've decided that in the month of july, I'm eating 500 cals or less a day. I need to get back on track, and I want to do it with other people so we can keep each other on track. so far, I've gotten three to do it with me. you know who you are.
if you're reading this and want to join, I say: the more the merrier! let me know..
anyway, I'm going to post everyday with how much and what I've eaten, how much excercise I've done, and what other stuff I did during that day. Once a week I'll post weight. I really want to lose weight now. My goal for now is to fit into some pants I found from last October. they are TINY! how could I have thought I was fat wearing them!? I want to go about it methodically this time, not vaguely. I need more order in my life, so at least on here I want to be organised.
today was a crappy day. lots of conflict with parents, haven't found a job yet. fuck. fuck. fuck.need work. not in a good mood, but I guarantee it'll get better when I start eating less and don't have horrendous stomach pains from overeating anymore. sorry about the terseness of this entry; my writing skills will be back to normal ASAP. just trying to defragment the discdrive of my mind right now - and its spewing useless trash out at the moment. once its defragmented I'll be coherent.
tomorrow I'm water-fasting before july actually starts, so that I can start on a clean slate. I'm going to use my 500 cals eating protein, vegetables, all variety of asian broths, and a bit of oatmeal+wheat germ and fruit.
I'm also going to excercise AT LEAST an hour every day, and do situps/pushups and so on. but the food is more important for now. I'll post pics as soon as I get a digital camera (I will this summer).
