(no subject)

I'm dying! I had ice cream, white bread with butter, and some pie (not an all-out binge but pretty bad). ok. whatever; I had been doing really well and wasn't so worried about one bad day because it would motivate me to do well in the coming few. I ate all this around 6 hours ago. In addition, to prevent the food from just sitting in my gut, as happens with many people who don't normally eat much, I ate TONS of fruit. including blueberries. Now I have the worst stomach pains in the world, am totally bloated, and am going to the bathroom every two seconds. at least it will all be out of my system. the worrying part is: how can food pass through my digestive system in 6 hours!? I mean, not to be vulgar, but it IS the fruit I ate 6 hours ago (sorry, sorry). My digestive system is on amphetamines! oww! I am even feverish - cold sweats, my mouth is dried out, my stomach hurts like hell, I can't sleep. This is a lesson to me: stick to little portions of healthful foods and don't deceive yourself with this white-flour-and-fat bullshit. I never normally do. It's just - I was looking at all these people, and they eat this stuff as part of their 'normal' diets, and I thought I could allow myself one day of respite and eating what I wanted. not a secretive furtive binge. but just - like a normal person. and it might have worked, if I hadn't decided to compensate by eating so much fruit. oh, and I drank a Smooth Move tea, but that was 25 mins ago (before the pain) so I doubt it would have worked so fast.
