After joining Facebook, I've kind of motivated myself to do some serious cleaning up. I've gone through my LJ settings, updated a lot of things, and trimmed a lot of friends from my list. People I've not met personally, those that don't post, deleted journals, and inactive communities have all gotten the chop.

So much cleaner now.

So apparently AT&T's found a new way to piss me off; make Kingdom of Loathing unplayable, by dropping the DNS cache for all images. A router reset, and the DNS cache rebuilds, so I get about 3 minutes of play time, then it drops it, and all images are unviewable again. Problem is, I don't know where the cache is stored; on my router or at the CO. ( Read more... )

So I had to do a reboot of my machine before heading off to bed. Lots of loose memory everywhere slowing it down. No video. AGAIN! Said "fuck it" and went to bed. Better to save the troubleshooting for in the morning, rather than late at night to go to bed even more tired, and angry. Troubleshooting has found that my monitor is blown. Again. Well, computer (in parts) is on the way. Feels like I lost 50 pounds in the process though.

Also, word of the wise: playing pump for a weekend long scenario game is fun, fulfilling, and god damned exhausting!
