healthy vegan diet.....?

I've been feeling kind of crappy lately and decided to pay more attention to my vitamin intake. So I've been drinking more soy milk, doubled my vitamin E, started B-12 again, and eating more grapefruit and oranges. So needless to say I'm feeling better after keeping with this for three weeks. I've even been eating more and my ribs don't stick out as much (it looks good on indie boys but not grungey little hardcore girls).

Even though I know I have gained weight I just got around to checking it. I'm here at a housewarming party for one of my families friends and noticed a scale in the bathroom. We don't have a scale at home so I'm curious and step on it. 112 lb. umm, that can't be right, I know that shouldn't be my weight. I'm 5'7". Okay, so I do the math and check a weight table on the net. It says that for 5'7" (67") a 16 year old girl should weigh 145 lb. So that means I'm 33 lb. underweight. This is after adjusting my diet and knowing that I've gained a little weight.
