I really hate the Army sometimes. I know I say that alot. Usually it's because of the people above me, or because of things I feel are outdated. This time its because of my generation of "Soldiers". I say "Soldiers" because most of them don't deserve the name. I have to deal with kids who are just garbage. They complain about doing their jobs

There's a reason for that. A lot of people that age have never had any criticism, just praise. So they didn't have to try that hard. Now, when they're expected to do what it takes to get the job done(including maybe getting dirty), they're lost.
