I guess it's really happening...
Well, I've been writing checks for the balances to our luncheon and dinner caterers and to the photographer, ordering cookies online, sticking labels inside kippot, arranging for 200 4" pots of herbs to be delivered, picking up cases of soda, and marshaling the airport pickup squad.
Still on the list for today: getting my suit jacket from the tailors, picking up dry cleaning, picking up ten cases of Sweet Leaf Tea.
Looks like we may be having some sort of event 'round here!
On the vastly more important side of things The Boy is ready and confident and excited. Huzzah!
eta: Actually it started to feel very real when The Boy was up on the Bimah with his Mentor on Sunday afternoon - wearing his Tallis and reading Torah! Sniffle. Yeah, no way I'm getting out of this without tears!
