Awww, Spencer is so hilarious with her fashion. I would love to see flapper!Spencer. I can definitely picture Little Red Riding Hood...

I haven't read the books so I can't say the quality of them and frankly, I don't to read them and spoil myself for the tv show. Also, I enjoy the girls characterization so much on the tv show I'm afraid to read the books and finding out they're not as lovable in the books, you know?

But on the tv show Spencer is very much super overachiever and is always reading/doing a million things so I figured, yeah, she'd probably know Sun Tzu. lol. I'm glad you're enjoying the fic.

ETA: Hanna, imho, consistently has the best subtle snarky remarks. She's pretty much a genius with that. Plus she's so lovable.

Cafeteria food, can't blame Spencer for taking her time to make a choice. :) Spencer's short joke no where near as funny as Hanna's bathroom comment but I guess that's why she's the comedic specialist on the show! Poor Emily with all her concerns, you can't fault her for being curious as well to Spencer's true motives; I don't think Spencer would hurt her like that because it's Spencer but just this small paragraph adds so much drama and realism to the story that it could been anything less than perfect. Lol! Hanna, only she could say the things she does and get away without them and actually make it okay for you to laugh in that moment if you want without anyone judging you - she truely is the best at this and Ashley Benson plays her so well, Hanna Miren is just a classic. :) Aww, Spencer is quite the catch it seems, very swoon worthy; she's already putting some guys I know to shame. No, I'd most definitely have to agree with Hanna - she gets pretty tipsy after like just 2 drinks and that night at the dance didn't she throw up in

Spencer's being quite brave as always in the face of -A, don't tell me you're going to have her take her own as well now; though she could probably hold her own depending on just exactly who -A is of course. :) I hope Mrs. Fields isn't going to be as bad in here as she is on the show, I can understand her wanting the best for Emily and not understanding her choice in life styles but the way they have it on the show is only going to cause separation between Emily and her mother I feel although she did have a slight moment where she spoke up to protect Emily when Paige's father when to the school so maybe there is some hope foe her after all. I'm sure Melissa most of all was thrilled about the never having dated he part, Spencer finally got her own relationship but not that we can blame her too hard for falling for Wren because he is quite the stud or at least I think so. :) Poor Spencer as long as she's doing things to make the family look good her dad doesn't really seem to care about her, even when she became a person of interest

Ohmygod, this! I've wanted a Spencer/Emily fic for so long, especially because most fics seem to exclude Spencer for some reason... Anyway. This was sweet and funny and made me smile.
