This.
To.
Number one. Crop your base to 100 x 100.
Number two. Duplicate your base and set to Soft Light and set to 30%
Number three, Duplicate your base again and drag to the top and set to Screen at 100%
Number four. Create a Hue/Saturation layer and keep as Normal around 50% to 100% -
Master: Saturation: +15
Reds: Saturation: +5
Number five. Create a new layer and fill with 000000 and set to Soft Light at 45%
Number six. Create a new layer and fill with ff2a00 and set to Overlay at 4%
Number seven. Create a new layer and fill with 03052e and set to Exclusion at 100%
Number eight. Create a new layer and fill with fff000 and set to Soft Light at 10%
Number nine. Create a Selective Color layer -
Reds: -100 +45 +100 +15
Yellows: -100 +10 +25 +5
Magentas: +100 +0 +25 +0
Whites: +15 -40 -75 -30
Neutrals: -36 -22 -26 -5
Number ten. Duplicate #9 Selective Color layer and Keep as Normal at 30%
Number eleven. Create a Color Balance layer -
Midtones: -4 -17 -22
Shadows: -47 -7 -13
Highlights: -15 -15 +19
Number twelve. Create a Selective Color layer -
Reds: -24 +24 +24 +0
Yellows: -100 +9 -33 +0
Whites: +0 +0 -54 -12
Number thirteen. Create a Brightness/Contrast layer -
Brightness: +3
Contrast: +6
Number fifteen. Create a Color Balance layer and keep as Normal at 50% -
Midtones:-25 +25 +28
Shadows: -15 +8 -13
Number sixteen. Sharpen your image and change the setting to 30% to 40%

Remember that you may need to change opercitys, add or take out layers, to help make your results look well.
