Gabe left on his trip a little over an hour ago ;_;
Today I'm being kinda lazy. I'm just going to keep track of calories so that I can stay within range. I've a ton of chicken, turkey and brown rice in the fridge, including two boxes of delicious Chicken Adobe and Chicken Curry from Whole Foods. I don't know how many calories each has... so I'll just estimate 4 oz. per serving and call it 120 calories each. It probably has more, but methinks my metabolism can take it ;P
Usually I take Sundays off, but getting my cardio in this week will be a little tricky. Here's the plan.
Sunday: PM: 60m cardio
Monday: AM: 60m cardio, PM: Back massage, shoulders 30m cardio
Tuesday: AM: 60m cardio, PM: Legs, 30m cardio
Wednesday: AM: Chest, 60m cardio
Thursday: Abs, 30m cardio (jogging/walking outside)
Friday: PM: 60m cardio
Saturday: AM: Biceps, triceps, 30m cardio
It adds up to roughly the same amount of time I would normally spend doing cardio.
I know the back massage doesn't sound like much of a workout, but if you've ever had a therapeutic massage, you know why I'm using it as a replacement! Your muscles get sore just the same and you get dehydrated.
On to today's diet, which will be updated as I go...
Meal 1: Started out with a sliced apple and coffee. Later had 1 chicken breast and 1/2 cup brown rice with salsa
Meal 2: 1/3 cup oatmeal, 2 tbs flaxseed meal, 1 tbs agave nectar
Meal 3: Chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, salsa
Meal 4: ~4 oz WF chicken, 1/2 cup brown rice, 2 cups green beans
PM: Abs, 30m cardio
PWO: 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop Biochem vanilla protein, 1 tbs cocoa blended with ice. 1 orange on the side.
Meal 5: ~4 oz WF chicken, 2 cups green beans
Meal 6: ??
Calories so far: 1360

I might just throw in a protein bar somewhere. It might take me over 1600 calories but oh well. I can always do a little extra cardio. I do work today, so being on my feet all that time burns extra too.
Now if I can just avoid eating a pint of soy ice cream tonight when I feel all lonely...
