Dear Pastor Jim,
It wasn't until awhile after your death that I came to really understand just how much you did for us way back when. I don't know how much Dad told you or how much you knew about the demon that killed Mom but {...} I'm really sorry you got caught up in our family mess. It was a lot bigger than any of us ever expected and we lost a lotbf good friends along the way, you among them.
I just wish I could've gotten the chance to thank you for more than just the juice boxes you gave me and Dean or for letting us watch TV past bedtime without telling Dad. That was a much simpler time and really wish things could've stayed that way.
I'm sorry for everything that happened, Pastor Jim. I will always be grateful for everything you did for us.
