OK, time to get serious!!!

No more excuses... it's time to get serious... One month from today - practice starts!
OH MY!

I met with a strength and conditioning coach last week. She nearly killed me. =) but, in a good way! She is developing a plan for me to become stronger for the upcoming season. YAY!

So, starting Monday - here's the new regime:

5 am workout - Weights / Cardio
Eating for the first week - this could be tricky, I have a few dinners for the holidays planned.. but I will be good!!

6:30 am Myoplex Shake
8:30 am Oatmeal, protein shake
11:00 am Myoplex Shake
2:00 pm Chicken, Salad
6:00 pm Dinner
8:30 pm Myoplex Shake

5pm cardio workout too!

So, now is the time to get cracking!!!!!!!!!!!
