Wow, I slept like hell last night...I woke up almost every hour on the hour... to the exact minute.
1:50, 2:51, 3:50, 4:50....
Well, when 4:50 came - I shut my alarm off and said ok,I am tired and I feel dizzy ... So, I went back to bed... I couldn't fall asleep. No sense in wasting time just laying in bed. I got up, got a drink of water.. and decided to head to the gym... I was glad I went... I did a short cardio - and did triceps and back. Tonight, I plan on doing a longer cardio and chest and biceps. I want to be able to gain some serious upper body strength..
I grabbed a coffee on the way in.... so, all is balanced with the world...
The Biggest Loser was SOOOOOO good last night. I love that show. Next week looks pretty intense. Someone dies - and they dont tell you if the person is on the show, a friend of someone on the show, etc.. All you know is the person as Matt says, "is too young to die from a heart attack".
Seriously, so many young people are dropping like flies... It scares the shit out of me. A professional basketball player dropped dead in his sleep Saturday night @ 28 years old! SCARY! Basketball players are fairly well conditioned athletes too.
Just another reason I am glad to be back in the gym.
