Photographs from the New York Steampunk Meetup - part 2!

Jul 14, 2008 13:27

Posting waay too much today, I realize, but here is part two of the New York Steampunk Meetup/Photoshoot.

Sierra - since I was kindly told her name in the previous post. She was quite lovely.

Elena, a friend of mine IRL. I'm posting her photos along with mine since she doesn't have an lj or a photobucket.

We then spotted a window! Oh, what could be inside? (it was actually random construction garbage, but shh, lets pretend it's something awesome.)

Time for a bit of breaking an entering. So lady like!

Of course our token thief raggamuffin couldn't resist.

Now time to retreat with the goods!

She looks pleased, must have been something good (gotta love that construction debris!)

Now time for a crazy escape? And the other ladies act all lady-like once again and climb walls. Because climbing walls is incredibly awesome.

Out of the courtyard and onto the street-- literally in the case of our photographer.

We certainly got some odd looks from the normal folks as we took over the sidewalk.

How romantic! Like a steampunk Valentine.

Here we are taking over the street some more. It's almost like a street scene from a movie.

And this concludes part 2. Stay tuned for the third and final installment involving the murder mystery at the library. Much death to come!
