Made in Adobe Photoshop 7.0, not translatable (Selective Coloring), .PSD included

Step 1:
Crop your image and sharpen once.



Step 2:
Up the Saturation (Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation) to +30



Step 3:
Create a new Selective Color layer (Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color) and use the following settings:

Reds
Cyan: 0
Magenta: 0
Yellow: -34
Black: 0

Yellows
Cyan: +30
Magenta: 0
Yellow: -10
Black: 0

Neutrals
Cyan: +22
Magenta: 0
Yellow: +13
Black: 0



Step 4:
Create a Brightness/Contrast layer (Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Brightness/Contrast) and use these settings:

Brightness +15
Contrast +18



Step 5:
Create another Selective Color layer and use the following settings:

Reds
Cyan: 0
Magenta: 0
Yellow: 0
Black +30

Yellows
Cyan: +100
Magenta: +23
Yellow: -53
Black: 0

Neutrals
Cyan: +20
Magenta: 0
Yellow: 0
Black: 0



Step 6:
Duplicate your background, drag it to the top and set it to Luminosity 50% Opacity



Step 7:
Place this texture (by

girlboheme ) on your base and set it to Multiply 100% Opacity



Done!
If your image turns out to bright, lower the Brightness/Contrast layer or delete it. You can also play around with the Luminosity layer.
