Made in Adobe Photoshop 7.0, is translatable [includes one curves layer, but it's so simple ;-)]

Step 1:
Choose your pic, crop and sharpen once



Step 2:
Create a new layer, floodfill it with #0B2B45 and set it to Exclusion 100%



Step 3:
Duplicate your base, drag it to the top and set it to Soft Light 100%



Step 4:
Create a new Hue/Saturation Layer [Layer > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation] and up the saturation to +25



Step 5:
Create a new Color Balance Layer [Layer > Adjustments > Color Balance] and use the following settings -->

Midtones
-52 | -8 | 0

Shadows
+14 | 0 | +11

Untick the box where it says Preserve Luminosity



Step 6:
Go to Layer > Adjustments > Curves and click OK. Then click OK again without changing anything! Set this layer to Soft Light between 50% - 100%, I used 50%.
