Made in Adobe Photoshop 7.0, use of Selective Color involved.

A little note: You may know me as
ana_sprocks but I changed my name, but I'm still the same (lol!)

I used this pic.

Step 1:
Crop, resize and sharpen once.



Step 2:
Duplicate your base, drag it to the top and set it to Soft Light 100%.



Step 3:
Go to Layer --> New Adjustment Layer --> Selective Color and use the following settings:

Red:
0
-18
-43
0

Yellow:
+100
-77
+100
+100

Green:
+100
-100
+100
+100

Cyan:
+100
+100
-72
+100

Blue
+100
+100
+100
+100

White:
0
0
+24
+100

Neutral:
-38
+6
+16
0



Step 4:
Duplicate you base and drag it to the top. Go to Filter --> Blur --> Gaussian Blur. Set it to 3,0 radius. Set it to Soft Light 100%.



Step 5:
Duplicate you base, drag it to the top and set it to Luminosity 100%



Step 6:
Add text/brushes if you like, I added a small heartbrush.



And your done!
