1. Get your image and crop to 100x100


2. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves
RGB: Input 147 / Output 123
Red: Input 101 / Output 118
Green: Input 135 / Output 118
Blue: Input 114 / Output 110,  Input 153 / Output 150
(maybe a picture is helpful)


3. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance
Midtones: +33 / -12 / -35
Shadows: -55 / -54 / -20


4. Layer > New fill layer > Solid colour
Fill with  # 261802
Set this layer to exclusion, at 100% opacity and 58% Fill.


5. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance
Midtones: +39 / 0 / -31
Shadows: -25 / -9 / +19
Highlights: -16 / 0 / +17


6. Layer > New fill layer > Solid colour
Fill with  # b63500
Set this layer to soft light, at 100% opacity and 15% Fill.


7. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Saturation
Master: 0 / +18 / 0


8. Layer > New fill layer > Solid colour
Fill with  # d97306
Set this layer to color burn, at 25% opacity and 34% Fill.
