(no subject)
haven't posted in a while. i'll try not to let this get long.
the house is officially our's. ash and i spent the night there last night on an air matress (no furniture until saturday) w/ candles and watched sex and the city on her lap top (no electricity until tuesday.) all of us are a little too excited about this...as well we should be, it's an awesome house. annnd as we were sitting on the front porch yesterday after cleaning, our neighbors from across the street came to introduce themselves...the crossed the street holding hands and were so sweet. they just wanted to meet us...their daughter (who is about 4 years) is named frannie...it made the day even better.
and by the way, if anyone is free saturday and would like to help us unload furniture, it would be greaaatly appreciated. (but if you say you can help, we kind of need you to stick w/ it, or we will be sort of stuck.) my mom said she'd pay...i'm not sure how many people they need / are willing to pay, so i guess uh...first come, first serve.
done w/ psych, will be done w/ photo tomorrow (bitter sweet), done w/ stats this thursday, spanish exam the 9th, english the 10th. probably headed home the afternoon of the 10th, or morning of the 11th...probabably back down here to spend the night on the 13th, then picking my sis and nephew up from the airport in charlotte on the 14th...then home (instead of miami) for may, w/ random trips to gboro here and there. then after sally's wedding on the 4th, it's back up to greensboro for the rest of the summer. whew.
been hanging out at andrea's some (ok, just twice i guess). i've enjoyed. this summer shall be fun.

i think i may paint things for my room. when i get more money i'll go to addams and get canvas.
had to say goodbye to christine today, which wasn't fun. i won't see her for a year and a half (unless i take a trip to massachusets or france in the next while.) sucks to have good friends going so far away, but i'm excited for anyone that gets to.
i need to get a job that i can start work on june 8. it would be cool if i didn't have to work super late or super early, but i'll do either if i have to (i need to be making some decent money this summer, so i'll need lots of hours most likely.). anyone have ideas? old navy is sort of an option right now, and i'm going to run by mcoul's to see if they will be hiring hostesses around then. seriously, any ideas, let me know...
a little dissapointed that rudy and devin aren't living at sherwood forest anymore...but i know everything will work out..i just hope they're here this summer. =/
