this is going to be a long post...
so last weekend was awesome.  first, party at lou's w/ rudy/brothers, etc, and i always have fun at those.  saturday i had to go to greene street to get my phone back from "kenny" (The guy who runs the place i guess...he answers if you call there).  i was a little sketched out to go by myself, not really sure why, but either way i made hoodie (some of you may know her as amanda) go w/ me.  we get to greene street and he wasn't there...so i called his phone (haha, he left me his cell number) and he said he was sorry but he had to run an errand and would be back in about 20 minutes. so we decide to sit in the car.  funny shit kept happening.  i was in the middle of telling hoodie some story, and we heard a sound, sort of like a crash or dump truck or something.  we didn't know what it was so i kept talking.  a few minutes later, hoodie notices a man picking up him motorcycle...we figured he had just dropped it, which was kind of funny.  then we see a woman stand up (this is around the corner from where we're parked) and start looking at her hands.  then a man pulls up and gets out and starts talking to them, we can't figure out why.  then we realized he had wrecked his motorcycle. so we figured he'd just walk off b/c he seemed fine.  so then an ambulance, fire truck, cop, etc. show up...we watch the cops, etc. check out the bike (what are they going to know about it?) make the man take off his shirt so they can check him for injuries, all the while the wife is still fully clothed, gloves, helmet, and all.  so after a bit, all the emergency vehicles drive off, and the man gets on his bike and rides away, while his wife walks behind him..kind of weird.  ( we were joking that it would be so weird if the guy had been kenny and that's why he was late.) so a little bit later some men pull up and i ask if either of them are kenny.  rex (one of the men) says no, but that he could give me his phone.  so hoodie and i go in to greene street (this is at 4pm) and he goes back to this back room/vault to get my phone.  on a big dry erase board in there are some jobs written out for people, things such as - justin, trash duty, eric, bathrooms (i'm making those up, but you get it) and one of the job descriptions said - pat - puke clean up.  it was great.  i really guess you had to be there, but it was all kind of bizare for me and hoodie.

then saturday...we went on a road trip.

saturday evening around 7:30, ash decided she wanted to go on a road trip.  she went to talk hoodie into it (didn't take much talking) and hoodie suggested the beach.  i had been planning on hanging out w/ the guilford girls/rudy that night, but the road trip sounded very appealing to me.  so i suggested charleston - hoodie and ash had never been, and i love it.  so we started packing, and left gboro around 9pm...for a five hour drive.  the drive itself was fun/funny, but i won't go into all that b/c this post is already long enough.  we get into charleston, and if you've ever been to charleston by I26 East, you know it takes you through the sketchy part of charleston if you go a certain way...well that was a little scary...so we get into downtown charleston at about 2am, and go to one of the waterfront parks.  we goofed off for a bit, took pictures, etc...but couldnt really do much since it was so dark.  so then it was time to find somewhere to stay - we had nowhere, we didn't really want to pay for a hotel.  so we start driving around and we see a sign for folly beach..i've spent two spring breaks there, so i know how to get around there....we get to folly, it's late, we're trying to find somewhere to stay.  finally we decide to see what a night at holiday inn costs.  ash and hoodie go in and the woman tells them you have to be 21.  all we wanted to do then was get to the beach, so she told us where public beach access was.  holiday inn is right on the beach...so, we park in their parking lot and go on the beach for a few minutes...and decide to sleep in my car, parked in their lot...which is about 4 feet from the beach...it was awesome.  we try to fall asleep around 4 - 4:30, but we can't, so  we decide to stay up all night, we were waking up to see the sun rise anyway.  (i ended up getting about 30 minutes of sleep, ash and hoodie - none.)  we're up and we start to see the sky getting lighter...it was a perfectly clear and really pretty morning, and the sun rise was gorgeous..i'm not sure i've ever seen the sun rise.  after goofing off on the beach, we get back in my car, and head into charleston for some breakfast.  we (really ash and hoodie did) this random restaurant that's connected to a days inn in downtown charleston - we probably could have found something better, but it was about 7:45 on a sunday morning.) after eating we walk around charleston for a few hours.  we found a really pretty old cemetery, all the awesome houses, etc.   we stayed in waterfront park for a while..it was so pretty, a few fountains to mess around in, a good view of the cooper river bridge, etc.  after walking around for a little bit longer, we decided to head back to gboro, at 11am...the drive back wasn't as easy, we were all pretty much falling asleep at the wheel, so we took turns.  it was such a random trip, but so much fun....when i figure out how to post pictures on here, i'll post some, i took around 90.

i have to rant just a little...
i'm getting annoyed w/ drama.  none has happened to me recently (thank goodness) but just stuff i observe (on a regular day basis it seems) just seems so stupid to me.  honestly, what does drama accomplish..other than fullfilling someone's need for excitement...  i just see a lot of immaturity going along w/ it and it all just seems so pointless.  there was enough drama in high school, leave it there people...

wow, so long...i apologize, if you're still even reading this...
