a few things...
nothing too exciting going on.
lost my cell phone last week at greene street...yes, the broken cell phone...wouldn't have been a big deal since i was getting a replacement one, but alas, i apparently had to have the old phone to get the replacement one activated, since we had filed an insurance claim. so when i went home sunday night (for a dentist appointment monday morning) we went by US Cellular after my appointment and explained to the lady what had happened. she activated my phone, so now we just have to file another claim and look like liars...they probably won't believe that the phone really was broken in the first place, then i lost it...so anyway, b/c i lost the old phone, i now have no one's numbers...so somehow get your number to me!
being at home for a bit was good. there was rime ice on the mountains, it was so pretty...wish i could have gone up to the parkway.
i got the information about NYU's summer courses this summer...geez i want to go so bad, but it's pretty expensive and i'm not sure i could pull that. the rent for the houses we're looking at (so far) for next year doesn't start until august, so i guess i'm not living in greensboro this summer...
i've had a cough for the last few days and it's starting to get on my nerves (and i'm sure everyone else too..i kept ash up the other night and rudy/chris up last night...eeek, sorry guys.)
so i think it's a go for me going to spring break w/ rudy/the raleigh kids. i'm excited, it should be fun...which is an understatement. i may not go the whole week, that's something i have to figure out. my birthday is at the end of the break (the 10th) so i'm kind of exctied about that...last year i spent it in charleston / folly beach w/ the girls...they were great and took me to dinner/ threw me a little surprise party (though i knew i'd be going back to the house w/ everyone there, haha) fun times. all my (girl) friends from asheville have different breaks it seems like, so we're not doing the normal folly beach deal this year, which is a little dissapointing...
we have an appointment today w/ a landlord to look at houses for next year...ash, james and i are at least going to meet w/ him, hopefully steve and mark will be able to make it for a little bit...things are a little questionable in some areas, but hopefully everything will work out.
i'm supposed to be going w/ my cousin craig up to winston to eat at my cousin (his sister) and her husband's house later, but i'm not sure the weather is going to allow it...i hope so!
i'm getting really exciting about something that's happening next week...that's all i can say though, i could be risking a lot saying anything more...
where is the snow?
