Japan
My thoughts are with the people of Japan. A 8.9 earthquake and then a tsunami that pretty much wiped everything in its path. Of course I can relate and I'm praying for all the people who lost loved ones or that are scared right now, just how we were a little more than a year ago.
Google has a tsunami warning on its site. The wave it's supposed to hit the Chilean seashore in the afternoon. They're evacuating people from citites located on the coast line, several schools suspended the classes for the day.
It's been said that the wave will be a small one, not at all like the enourmous one that hit Japan (the images were terrifying! Even worse than in Chile, IMO), but of course people are still very scared. A lot of bad memories are coming back for the people on the coast line.
Let's hope this time will be only a scare. So many of the cities on the seashore are barely rebuild! :(
