For awhile now, Eric and I have managed to continue watching regular movies with Gisele simply because she was too young to understand or care.

It'll be okay Ms Vickie. Worse case scenario she grows up with a fear of Tom Cruise. A fear that, hell, is probably beneficial given his craziness since joining scientology. But if you want her to be able to enjoy classics like Interview with the Vampire later in life, then maybe show her the Tom Cruise parts of Tropic Thunder - nothing in a fat suit can ever be scary.

But in all seriousness, I am sure she will be okay. And you can still watch serious movies, just not physically violent ones. Keep the violence emotional violence. Good luck!
