watching seito shokun!
so my sister and i watched the first episode of a currently-airing dorama, seito shokun! 生徒諸君！
it's basically another dedicated teacher school drama along the lines of gokusen and gto starring uchiyama rina, horikita maki 掘北真希, hongo kanata 本郷奏多 and a lot of others.
what made this story really interesting is the dark mood it possesses. if in gto you know they hate teachers, and in gokusen you know they are just a bunch of delinquents, in seito shokun! you would actually get to feel the students' anger for the adults in their society. the mood is so dark and oppressive you feel as if you are the one being regarded with hate. it's so dark that you can't even gush on hongo kanata since he plays the cold class representative who leads the class against their new homeroom teacher played by uchiyama rina.
it's really interesting to see how this dorama would end because they say the dorama gets darker and darker as it goes on.
