It wasn't easy for me to be a scared white boy in a black neighborhood...
I was in Sioux Falls (aka Soo Foo) all day yesterday and just got back home today. We went up there to go shopping, and stayed with my mom's friends Teri and Jeff.
We went to the Empire Mall, which I fucking love, and went to all the stores that we don't have here. I got:
- a green-and-white striped tee, and blue shirt that "makes my eyes pop!" says my sister from Hollister (i want onnnnnne)
- a purple tee, cropped grey polka-dotted jacket, a belt, and five pairs of underwear from Charlotte Russe (probably my favorite store LOL GIRL)
- We went into Abercrombie & Fitch...and, oh my GOD, the guys that work there are ridiculously good-looking. And one kept flirting with me, helping me find jeans, and I was like "Uh...yeah, I guess I need a size 0 instead of 2...*droolpantorgasmdie*" xD I didn't get anything though, because the jeans were kind of baggy below the butt, and were like $70 and wtf my mom isn't gonna pay for that. :P
- and VANS. FUCK. YES. Haha, that's basically all I wanted, and yayyyyyy! Here's a picture of them since I'm proud xD...
Cute, right? Okay, enough girly shit.
After we went shopping we went to Teri and Jeff's hosue and just hung out there for a while...then we went to the Olive Garden to eat, and talked and laughed and everything else, then came back home and Carly and I watched some old Christina Applegate movie (Don't Tell Mom The Babysitter's Dead, or something like that) while the adults went downstairs. Then the movie was over, and Carly and I went downstairs and we all hung out, then we got ready for bed (my mom and sister slept in the guest room; i slept on the couch) and I watched Friends and went to bed.
I had this really weird dream...there was a new principal at our school, and it was like the first day...and me, Courtney, and some other friends I don't remember were sitting at a table in the cafeteria that's not really there after school...and there was a table across from us with a bunch of guys that were in trouble, but they were all high schoolers...and the only one I remember was Nick...anyway, the principal was yelling, and every time he turned away I'd look at Nick and like, cross my eyes and imitate him, and Nick started laughing along with this other kid, and the principal saw them and was like "*points to kid* EXPELLED, *points to nick* EXPELLED!" and we just stared at eachother like "Wtf?" Haha. It's funny now that I think about it.
This morning we got up (teri and jeff were at work) and got all our stuff together and hit the road...we went to the Minnehaha Falls and grabbed something to eat at the cafe` there, then drove home. I listened to The Spill Canvas on my iPod since they're from Sioux Falls. :]
Alright, that's enough of my rambling...I'm about ready to strangle my sister, she's so annoying...and I just found a breadstick from Olive Garden in my purse. xD
