FedEx Fuckup

FedEx is a bunch of idiots. I was expecting a 2nd Day delivery of a cell phone to my dorm in Colorado. I paid $17 to make this happen. The package was sent on 14 Oct. Not only did the package not arrive by the 16th, but when it finally did arrive, it arrived EMPTY AND SEALED.

Neither the shipper nor FedEx have any clue what happened to my phone. So I went online to check out why my package took so long to get to Colorado in the first place. Apparently my package went from Texas, to Tennessee, to Colorado Springs (30 minutes from where I live), to Cleveland OH, back to Memphis and then to Pueblo where I am staying.

Worst of all, the insurance on the package only pays $100, more than what the phone is worth. Fucking incompetents.
