3D X-Rays
As a husband and a father of two girls, the thought of breast cancer afflicting any of them scares me. A new test developed at the Mayo Clinic, uses 3D x-rays to better aid the detection of breast cancer and help doctors rule out false-positives. Now, if we can get insurance companies to pay for early mammograms and, once approved, this new 3D x-ray, maybe we’ll discover cancer earlier and have it treated before it threatens those we love.
