are these signs of defeat?

they hold broken promises

I redid my brother's band website, and although I don't have music files on it quite yet, the design and info is up, and it's quite the busy design in such a small frame, but I like the roll mouse-overs which are cartoons pictures of voiceboxes from each bandmember. check out this preview and click on the screencapture for the actual link, or click here.
haha. also, i made a couple sample shirts of merchandise to send to some of his friends for funny gifts, we've made a couple with iron-ons, but i put the sample designs on his website for fun, here they are:
