The hits just keep on coming!
Although I'm not actually working yet, I've been hired by two places--and just got a call from a third.
With Lincoln Park and Domino's, I expect some serious return for my time once I begin working. From what I know of the jobs and the pay, as long as I can be awake when I need to be, it'll work out very nicely. TKO Pizza, however, is literally 5 minutes from my house, and as of right now, they only need a driver on Sunday nights. The place is more professional and high-quality than the name would suggest, and that probably means a decent pay. I told the boss--a Greek guy, I think--that I'd meet him tomorrow to go over details.
I also contacted Nancy today, the training person at Domino's; I can take the test Monday, and begin working that week.
Three jobs? I've never attempted such a thing before. Can I handle three? Actually...that would be FOUR, right now, since I'm still on the roster at Hot Topic, even though I haven't been scheduled for weeks. So unless I get an offer from someplace better that what I've got on my plate, I'll have to stop saying yes to prospective employers.
Speaking of plates...dinner's ready. Gotta go.
PS - The bed was so comfortable, I was in it for about twelve hours. The restful sleep was good, but THAT could be a problem. If I set my alarms, I should be okay.
