Tonight Kurtis is comming over to spend the night. Yesterday his parents came (our offical second parents) and they said they were proud of how it looked and mr. redmond is finding angel a border patrol job possibly. I'm really excited about that. Angel is offically with a general studies assoc. and is a senior this semester at wayne state. I'm so proud of him and there are so many people waiting for him to graduate so he can hire him. We are hoping that he gets the federal job to make it easier to work with the private sector or to transfer to cali soon. I'm so excited. the redmonds are so good to us. they are moving to texas though so we gave them a set of learning spanish cds as well as our best wishes. poor kurtis is going to be all alone up here now. next summer he's going to france and the summer after he's going to japan. We are going to keep kurtis here whenever he's home from school and I feel good that his parents trust us to keep him safe. I'm sad to think though that kurtis will be in france and angel will be at the academies for like 4-6 months next summer. I think I'm going to have to get someone to stay with me here to keep me safe and company. It's just one of those things you have to deal with though I suppose since it's just a matter of life that angel is going to need that training. Mrs. redmond was telling me to not get my assoc. and just go off to wayne state as is my boss nancy so I am torn because they've gone through it and told me it won't transfer. I think I need to see a school counciler to make the best decision and get it in writing. the councilors at wayne county are no good so I will need to go to one at wayne state I believe. I just want to be done with school already. I'm over it.I realise the importance of it so don't worry, it's just so much stuff I already know through my independent study but I realise that I just need to be certified in all of it. it will take time for the unions to get back in order and by that time I will be out of school so I know it will work out. anyway so kurtis is coming over tonight. we are going out to the 555 gallery in detroit to meet our new friend dr. ron whom will be the dj until 9 pm. I'm excited to hear his work. I will give a reviwe of the space sometime this week. I realise I have sucked at keeping a reflextion journal of all the places we've been to so far as I have promised. so there's somethign to look forward to. I'm hoping kurtis will do a few tarot readings for us tonight although I'm not sure there will be time. I hope so though. he said we are only going to be living here for 2 years, so he needs to elaborate on that and let us know what's going on so we can prepare. I really would like to start buying homes and flipping them soon so we can pay back our student loans and start building our stack up while leaving a really awesome legacy of great homes for new families. throwing in some alternative energy projects in the homes. it will take soem money so we will see but the outcome is always worth while budget wise. kurtis has yet to go to a club so the 555 gallery will be a good start. I'm so excited to have him over. I'm making a chicken dish that is to die for and I know the boys will tear it up. ::Smiles:: I'm also excited for kurtis to see what the house looks like since he's been helping us in decorating this past month so I'm excited to show him what we've done so far. Now coming up are a great deal of birthdays. kurtis has a birthday on the 9th, my aunt kat is on the 23rd and we bought her some date clothing since she's been living a bit in the 80s still (also she's 40 and conservative and single and looking just incase anyone knows someone), and of course the most important birthday this coming month, my birthday is on the 14th of september and I will be 19. I know all of you are feeling a little old with that comment, but trust me it's time. I love you all and am taking suggestions as to what to do for my birthday and hope we can all celebrate together. after my birthday will come angel's on the 2nd and he will be 27 and mikes and a few others are coming up as well. busy busy busy.
