Treetop Employee
I ran into a former coworker. He spent about twenty minutes telling me how much of a downward spiral the company is in. It didn't surprise me since it is the worst management, I have encountered in my life. (This includes the Battalion XO who disarmed my company in a war zone). I showed him my before and after pictures. I had to let him know that if he needs a reference to get out of Treetop then I would be happy to provide one. He was surprised.
You see, I really don't like the guy. He wasn't a stellar employee or person. I just don't believe that anyone should be treated as subhuman as that management team treats it's employees. It is sad that they have taken a good bussiness and are trying to run it into the ground and the employees with it.
So if you are an hourly employee at Treetop and want help getting out then let me know and I will be more than willing to help you guys out.
