I've had to shave 4 times in the past 2 days.
...it's the stress...
for some reason when I get stressed out, my body tends to grow facial hair at an exponential rate when under duress.
I've finally gotten Morgan back as my room mate, only to have my current room mate make life difficult for me by making demands that can only be deemed ridiculous.
For instance, my rent is $800 a month... she gets the big room, more than suitable for two people to live in. Up until this point our rent has been split equally in half, now that we have a third room mate, it is believed by my current room mate that we should pay thirds now. Despite the fact that she has the large room and my much smaller room is now being split by two people.
There is more math than I care to get into, but she seems to think that it is fair for us to pay $250 a piece to stay in our small room... so my room is $500, when I had it myself for $400. How the value of my small room goes up and the value of her larger room goes down with an additional person moving in, I have no clue...
So I have to share a small private space as is with another person, and now my shared space with another person. Not that I don't love Morgan, but I'm trying to be as diplomatic about this situation as possible, while she is my girlfriend, she is also a contributing room mate, it should be fair all the way around.
If anyone has any suggestions as to how this should work if Morgan and I are to stay in the small room, please let me know. Our idea was $400 for Jenny and being that we're splitting a room assessed at $400, we should only have to pay $200 a piece. Which apparently is not fair...
