Today I am walking around with a BP monitor strapped to me and trying to remember the difference between diastolic and systolic. The good news that the figures are not quite as why-aren't-you-dead? of the doctor's surgery - diastolic is meant to have a range of 70-90 and triple figures is Not Good.
