Today's upload is a selection with a struggle with lighting conditions - a checkered pattern I'm taken with (echoes of Bridget Riley and M.C. Esher), a piece of graffiti (I'd tried three angles, but this was the best focus) and one of several shots in my local, all of which I struggled to get focused.

It's a good thing to have visitors, because you end up doing stuff you otherwise wouldn't get round too. Partly, I guess, it's making sure you don't run out of things to do - but I still haven't done the Abbey, Roman Museum or the Canterbury Tales (the experience not the pub).
