#1 I got a D in my first year, and was .2 points away from Academic Probation. It still keeps my GPA at a 3.0 and there's plenty of good students that I know that went to College then back to University so even if that's how it works, then it'll be alright. #2 Better not to have contact for a while anyways. Too hard that way. One advantage of Anderson's being in Alberta #3 Nobody likes work. Maybe they do at first, but after a while, most jobs get boring. Finding one that you're always happy to get up for is the pursuit of almost every person in the world. #4 Everyone's made one or two choices they've regretted. But all the major one's that count you've made the right ones. You're a member of the church and you're working towards being better. Those are the best choices. And even though the #2 reason wasn't your choice, it may have been the best thing to ever happen to you. It may have saved you from making one of the WORST choices EVER in your life. Maybe Heavenly Father knew you'd make it when it wasn't right for you and spared you the grief. #5 I hadn't decided what I wanted to do until 21 and even then I wasn't 100% sure. Even now all I know is the Area and not the specific career. #6 You've got PLENTY of talents. Read your Patriarchal Blessing.
We all luv ya ;)
I know you didn't want a pick-me-up, but you know me, I decide what I want to do and when I want to do it. And when someone tells me not to do something, I'll usually end up doing it just to prove to myself that I'm in control.
