Let The Christmas Begin!
It's December! I'm read to jump into the Christmas fray!
1. Snow day! It has snowed every day in Ottawa for the past week and today it's coming down with a vengeance. Despite ample advanced warning from my Weather Network, I didn't prepare for a day spent mostly indoors. Today would have been the perfect day to work on Christmas Cards, had I thought to go out and buy some.
2. Last night we enjoyed dinner with tinkerspink and some of her people. She bestowed upon me my first Christmas gift: she's signed us up for vegetarian cooking lessons in the spring!
3. One of my favourite things about the internet is online shopping. Thanks to point-and-click retailing, I may be able to avoid malls all together this season.
4. I likely won't be able to buy DP's gift online. I plan on giving him one of those old-fashioned, wooden baby sleighs. Only problem, I have no idea where to get one. Thougths?

6.Given the weather lately, maybe I should also ask for thermal underwear.
