All right, let's see what's going on in Kari-land.
So I spent a good part of the weekend hanging with J, studying, watching Gilmore Girls, playing Sims, just... erg... chilling... ;)
Can I repeat again that he's a really good kisser? You get the drift. Anyways, thanks to my new indebtedness to Colleen, I'm really just taking it easy with him. Letting each day just happen and relishing that I'm having fun, that there's a guy who likes me and who cares what happens in the future (other than the upcoming medical boards).
See... I can turn the brain off sometimes :D

About my lovely L/L Sims. Lorelai manages to get pregnant again, those crazy nymphos. She gave birth, pretty quickly might I add, to a beautiful baby boy named Caleb. She also met and became best friends with Sookie, although I was weirded out by the fact that they developed crushes on each other while becoming best friends. Found that one a little strange. Luke is just spending time with Lorelai and the kids and constantly getting promoted at work. He wrote an Asian cookbook whic got him 10,000 dollars!
William is now a child and he's cute, looks a lot like Luke. Olivia's going to become a teen soon and she's already met her best friend, Chloe from down the street. So I'm excited to see who she meets and who will be her first kiss. She's a little genius though, does her homework really quickly and always a straight A student. Rory and Dean have officially declared their love for each other and they're cute, too bad she's going to become an adult soon and meet Marty. Hee! I'm evil.

I posted the 3rd chapter (technically 2nd chapter since the first was a prologue) of The Deep Blue on Saturday. And no complaining from me this time. There was this one review that was so genuine, so heartfelt, it was much appreiciated. I think the hardest part about the beginning of TDB was getting into the mindset of Lorelai and Luke at ages 14 and 18 respectively, especially since Luke's father is stil alive at this point. So when someone reviews to tell me about how much they like how I write L/L at these ages, it just makes me all giddy. I mean it.
For those who ever review stories, you never know what affects a writer. So I say review, keep reviewing, because you can't suck at reviews unless you're being mean. And even if the story's been done for a long time, still review! Last weekend I got 3 reviews for old stories and it was so wonderful I had to send each person a personal message.

It snowed last night! I love snow. It's so purty. Yes, I'm not a fan of the cold but snow, snow I love. All sorts of schools around here are closed tomorrow but we haven't been closed since my freshman year of college (6 years ago). So I'd expect i'm going to have school tomoorow. Though it would be nice to go out and play in the snow like a little kid.
That's all for now, at least all I can think of. I'm so excited to post my thoughts on Tuesday, it'll be nice this week to get back into my regular shows: Studio 60 and Gilmore Girls.
Until then. *waves*
