[video] oh yeah, that's right, it's time for the joker's memory
[The video shows a blurry, off-center image of a little boy eating a tall stack of pancakes in an obnoxiously kitsch looking kitchen. He looks just like Joker as a child, but something's off about the rest of the room. He's the only thing in sharp focus. A woman comes in, but her eyes are blurred and her face is distorted. She says something but it sounds like a garbled mess. He responds in kind.
A man walks behind his chair and ruffles his hair - and then the video distorts, torn down the middle and jerking like film caught in a projector. A minute later, the pancakes are waffles - another tear, he's reading a newspaper instead of eating - another, there's no one in the kitchen except for him, and it's dark.
It goes static for a minute, then shows a close up in a mirror, spattered with blood and reflecting a freshly-cut face, with a woman in the background, shadowed, shouting, "God, I can't even stand the sight of you!" Light shines on her face, briefly, and it looks scarred. There's a tear again and he's reflected in a shard of glass on the kitchen floor, blood everywhere, a man saying, "Why so serious?!"
Static.
An upside-down shot of the Batman, the Joker saying, "You see, madness is like gravity. All it takes is a little push."
Everything flashing before his eyes as he free-falls. Laughing.

A third person POV, showing the back of a blond man, staring out a window, needle in hand and a swath of purple fabric. A tear, then his hair is green. Another tear and there's no window, and he's at a sewing machine. Another tear - and now he's sitting at the kitchen table, just as his child counterpart had been, eating a stack of pancakes.
Static.]
[Another video is attached. The Joker grins.] I knew you'd try, community. You'd, uh, want to make me hurt, to show something interesting, something, uh, well, something, something that would hurt me. But don't you know? Don't you get it, yet? Poor baby community. It's harder than that to crack my nut. [He laughs, loud and long, and throws the camera to the ground. The video goes out, but the voice remains, getting heavier, hoarser, and angrier.]
You're all pathetic. Really, I can't even, you don't even see how fucking disgusting you are, even when it's recorded for posterity. Go die.
