Really a lot like being alive. Only, you know, I can take my hand off at the wrist, and I'm chained to this asshole, and I can't live at home.

Oh and they tell me if I renew instead of paying off the debt, I'll stay exactly as I am forever, only I'll lose any sense of feeling or emotion. Not appealing.

No, I'll be alive again. If I DON'T pay off the debt, the body falls apart and I die.

And I have to be careful not to get caught by a shinigami in the meantime, apparently. If I get reaped, that's it for me.
