Plates Wobbling Everywhere

I am a lucky girl. I know this.
I do get caught up and think that when one things goes right then something else is about to fall. Its all spinning plates to me.
Things in Boston went better than I could have even dreamed in so many ways, but now I am home and re-entry is tougher this time than before and there are plates wobbling.

We can plan and see it coming all we want to, but endings are just usually wrought with tears and angsty--they'll be what they'll be. Hurt is hurt.Even the ones we know are good or temporary.It's kinda like when you travel and you picture it in your head from the postcards, the maps and the stock footage, yet you never really know until you're in the air of it, the texture of it all around you. I think beginnings & endings are that way more than middles (could be wrong). Hearts get sprained. Sigh a lot. Be good to yourself. You are loved no matter what happens.

Here is my life advice to you. Go on tour now. Strike while the iron is hot.

This may not seem related at all to what you are talking about here but it is. Your life in Columbus will be there. This nice but uncertain man will get breathing space. You have been on two Finals Stages this year and NOW is the best opportunity to make a mark in your current chosen art form. do it. That is all.

After the move into the poet house I want to essentially just book dates and save money and hit the road as soon as I am able. This has most definitely been on my mind.
